I met Nici a few years ago just after buying my first horse, when I had so much to learn. She supported me every step of the way, from finding the right saddler, farrier, and vet, to improving my riding. With her coaching, I went from never having competed to successfully jumping at BS shows over courses I never thought possible.

Beyond her teaching, Nici has built a warm, inclusive community of riders. She organises fun trips, social events, and memorable adventures that make you feel part of something special. I’ve since taken on my second horse, OP, an ex-racehorse retrained by Nici, and she has been instrumental in our progress together. I’m deeply grateful for her support, knowledge, and friendship.

When Da Vinci retired, Nici sourced us a wonderful loan horse who is now thriving under her care on full livery. Thanks to her patience and consistency, Desi went from anxious to relaxed and happy. Both of my daughters now ride with Nici — Myla regularly competes successfully at Pony Club, BS, and school competitions, and Nell has learned to ride with confidence from scratch.

The facilities and care are outstanding, with individual turnout year-round and a full set of show jumps on site. Lessons are always varied and fun, and Nici frequently takes riders to off-site arena hires to keep training fresh. Her support at shows is second to none — walking the course, warming riders up, and ensuring they are fully prepared. Her summer camps are a highlight, offering first-class instruction across all three disciplines in a fun, inclusive atmosphere. Nici truly understands horses, inspires confidence in young riders, and makes everyone feel part of her equestrian community. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
